About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative person to manage our Charity Shop in Wellington. You will be responsible for all aspects of running the charity shop, including staff, volunteers, customer service, stock management, financial records, administration, compliance with current legislation. Promoting the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity the Manager will work to budgeted sales targets and will be expected to control shop expenditure

Opportunity to work for a life-saving cause. Established in 1991, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC) is responsible for providing pre-hospital critical care across the six Midlands counties of: Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, and the West Midlands. The charity also delivers secondary cover to surrounding areas, such as Warwickshire and mid Wales. Our services are provided by operating three air ambulance helicopters and three critical care cars, which serves the growing Midlands population of six million plus people. Our retail shops provide a presence in the regions in which we serve and are key in bringing in revenue to enable us to continue our life saving service.
