Put the date in your diary for the return of our annual Walk4Life event in Rock near Kidderminster. Grab your walking boots or running trainers and 'pound the bounds' whilst raising funds.
There's a route to suit everyone, with a three mile family treasure trail or a six mile distance. Either of the routes you take will treat you to a fabulous terrain including woodland, pasture, riverside and meadow.
So what's stopping you? Get those shoes cleaned up and backpacks ready. We're looking forward to seeing you for a great day walking in the Worcestershire countryside.
