The average time to rapidly reach and start treating a patient is jut ten minutes, either by critical care car or air ambulance, enabling us to continue to do what we do best…Saving Lives by Saving Time.
Since 1991, we have responded to more than 75,000 call outs. Our three helicopters undertake on average six missions per day and the two critical care cars also attend six missions per day.

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC) is an independent charity and healthcare provider that is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The aim of the CQC is to ensure patients can expect to receive the essential standards of quality while being treated by the MAAC team in the pre-hospital environment. We have been rated as outstanding.
