A woman has died following a single-vehicle RTC in Herefordshire last night.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to Upper Hill, Bush Bank, at 6.38pm and sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity Critical Care Car and a BASICS doctor from the Mercia Accident Rescue Service to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival crews discovered a car that had collided with a hedge.
“There was one patient, a woman, who had been rescued from the car by bystanders and was receiving basic life support from police colleagues.
“Ambulance staff immediately began administering advanced life support but sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts it became apparent nothing could be done to save the woman and she was confirmed dead at the scene.”
