A man has died following a collision involving a car and a pushbike in Evesham yesterday (Wednesday).
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to Enterprise Way, Vale Park in Evesham at 17.08pm and sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity from Strensham to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “Upon arrival ambulance staff discovered the cyclist with life-threatening injuries in a critical condition.
“Crews quickly began administering advanced life support but sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts it became apparent nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed deceased at the scene.
“The car driver did not require treatment.”
