Dr Joe Tyler

“Joe is a Consultant Anaesthetist and has worked for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity since 2021. He grew up in Staffordshire and studied Medicine at the University of Aberdeen. He initially trained in Emergency Medicine in Edinburgh, before returning to the West Midlands to complete dual specialty training in Anaesthetics and Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine. Joe says:

“It’s a huge privilege and long held professional ambition to work for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. I am very lucky to work with such superb colleagues and to do such a rewarding job, only made possible by the generosity of our incredible supporters”.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, running, cycling and live music”.
