Will joined West Midlands Ambulance Service in 2009 in Worcestershire, qualifying as a paramedic in 2014. Since April 2018, he has been seconded as trainee specialist trauma paramedic with Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
Will said: “I see this as the pinnacle of my career. This new role presents personal and developmental challenges but I have already felt incredibly welcome by the existing team.

Will lives in Worcester with his very supportive wife Carys and collie dog Fido. In his spare time, he enjoys long mountain walks and skiing.
Will is also a committed member of the Army Reserves.
