Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is opening the doors of its Strensham airbase in Worcestershire, for a special Open Day Event on Sunday 17th September, 10am – 4pm.
The free Open Day is an exclusive opportunity for a behind the scenes look around an operational airbase, and new for 2017, the chance to view a live demonstration from the aircrew.
Jo Bailey, events manager for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity explains: “Our annual Strensham Airbase Open Day is a fantastic family day out, with entertainment and activities for children and adults.
“Our aircrew will be on hand to show visitors around our aircraft and provide an insight into their lifesaving work.”
The Open Day will take place at the airbase located at the Northbound Strensham Services, at Junction 8 of the M5 in Worcestershire. Entry is free and there will be free parking in the services, just follow the signs for the Open Day.
