Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s expanding trading company is set to open its eighth charity shop, with its first in Herefordshire. The new shop, located on Commercial Street in Hereford will open on Thursday 13th July and will help boost lifesaving funds for charity’s vital pre-hospital emergency service.
In addition, the new store will also see the launch of the charity’s first Community Hub, a resource for local groups and businesses in Hereford to book and use.
Ahead of the launch, the pre-hospital emergency service is appealing for donations of pre-loved quality goods to help stock its latest store. Items that the charity is looking for includes quality electricals, clothing, shoes, toys, bric-a-brac, books and media and linen.
Donations can be taken directly to the store at 7 Commercial Street, Hereford, HR1 2DB from 13th July.
If you are looking to bag a bargain, do pop into the shop from 11am on Thursday 13th July as your purchases will help fund the charity’s missions across Herefordshire and the wider Midlands area.
The charity is also looking to recruit a team of dedicated volunteers to join the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity family and help with the new store once the shop has officially launched.
