Put Your Best Foot Forward And Join Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s Walk4Life Challenge
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is excited to announce the return of its Walk4Life Challenge this September, encouraging the people of COUNTY to walk 12,000 steps a day for the entire month to raise vital lifesaving funds.
The virtual event will run from 1st to 30th September, allowing participants to complete their daily walks anywhere and at any time. The funds raised through the 12,000-steps-a-day challenge will directly support Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s missions, enabling the rapid delivery of critical care by specialist clinicians using advanced equipment and lifesaving medications at the scene of an incident. On average, the charity attends 12 missions a day, making community support crucial for sustaining these operations.
Individuals can join the Walk4Life Challenge by registering online through Facebook and tracking their daily steps throughout September. Participants who raise £40 or more in sponsorship will receive a free Midlands Air Ambulance Charity supporter t-shirt as a token of appreciation.
Participants can also benefit from the charity’s online community group on Facebook, where they can connect with others taking part in the challenge, share their progress, and motivate one another. Each step taken will help Midlands Air Ambulance Charity continue providing exceptional care to those in need.
