Shop Local and Save Lives across the Midlands

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity has five high street stores based across the Midlands, helping to raise much needed funds for the vital, pre-hospital emergency service, and is encouraging you to get involved and shop local.

Despite closures throughout the pandemic, last year, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s five high-street shops and customers generated monies to fund 172 lifesaving missions – 59 air ambulance and 113 in the service’s two critical care cars.

There are several benefits to local high-street charity shops with Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, here’s a top five of them:

1. Help save lives: Buying from Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and shopping local means the money you spend goes directly to helping save the lives of the most seriously ill and injured people, in your local area.
2. Sustainability: When you purchase something from Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, you are buying a pre-loved item that has been used previously. So, by charity-shopping, you are helping to reduce waste and recycle.

Give the gift of Gift Aid: When donating goods to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity stores, you are able to also add Gift Aid, which means that an extra 25 per cent will be donated by the Government with no extra cost to the purchaser of your items. This ensures that even more of the charity’s daily lifesaving missions are made possible.
