A Telford-based company is revving up to support one of the region’s biggest biker events this month.
TTC Group, one of the UK’s largest road safety organisations, is sponsoring the event guide for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s big motorcycle fundraising event – the Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival on Sunday 23rd April.
The TTC Group is a training course provider with expertise in road safety. For the past four years, the firm has sponsored the event guide provided to participants of the Bike4Life Ride Out and those attending the Bike4Life Festival.
Sharon Haynes, director of Police and Court Referred Services for The TTC Group, said: “Bike4Life, organised and managed by Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, is a great way of raising awareness of the importance of road safety – and more specifically biker safety.
“There’s a great synergy between our organisations as we both aim to raise awareness of the importance of personal safety when using the UK’s roads. That is why we are proud to support the event, including sponsorship of the event guide, which will give those attending a great insight into all the action on the day.”
Emma Wood, head of fundraising and engagement for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, added: "We are really grateful for the support we receive on a yearly basis from TTC Group. It’s commitment to our Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival over the past several years, including sponsoring the event guide, has helped to boost our engagement with the public and the funds raised from the event.”
With less than two weeks to go, tickets are selling fast for the Bike4Life Ride Out. Bikers are being urged to book now to avoid missing out because places are limited.
