The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity Lifesaving Lottery is operated and promoted by Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC). Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 42471

All net proceeds from the lottery are donated to the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, which requires £13-14 million a year to ensure the continuation of the service.
In 2023, as a percentage of the total sales, 80% went directly to the charity, 1% was paid in prizes and 19% in expenses. Draws are held each Tuesday, and prizes of £1,000 and 4 x £25 are currently allocated to winning combinations drawn by a random number generator, as long as the player has paid to enter that particular draw.
Currently players have approximately a 1:20000 chance of winning one of those prizes, depending upon the number of players in the draw that week.
